Preparation

Every archive is prepared by concierge: hand-sealed, numbered, and packed in a protective vessel before dispatch. Preparation takes up to five working days from order confirmation. You will receive tracking information once your archive leaves our atelier.

Domestic Delivery — UAE

Standard delivery within the United Arab Emirates takes 2–3 working days. Express delivery is available to Dubai and Abu Dhabi within 24 hours for an additional fee. All domestic orders include complimentary insured shipping.

International Delivery

We ship worldwide via insured courier. Delivery times vary by destination — typically 5–10 working days to Europe and North America, 7–14 days to Asia and Australia. Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns Policy

Due to the intimate and limited nature of our archives, opened files cannot be returned. Unopened archives in their original sealed packaging may be returned within fourteen days of delivery for a full refund.

To initiate a return, direct message us on Instagram with your order number. Upon authorisation, you will receive a return shipping label. Refunds are processed within five working days of receipt.

Damaged or Lost Archives

If your archive arrives damaged or fails to arrive within the stated delivery window, please contact the concierge immediately. We will replace the file or issue a full refund at our discretion.
