1. The Archive
The Jumeirah Archive is a curated olfactive installation. All archives are limited editions, composed in Dubai and prepared by concierge. By placing an order, you acknowledge that each file is a numbered edition and subject to availability.
2. Orders & Payment
All prices are listed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely at checkout. Orders are confirmed by email within one working day. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
3. Authenticity
Every archive is hand-sealed and numbered. The vessel, collar, and seal are proprietary to The Jumeirah Archive. Counterfeiting, unauthorised reproduction, or resale under false attribution is strictly prohibited and will be pursued under applicable intellectual property law.
4. Returns
Due to the intimate nature of fragrance, opened archives cannot be returned. Unopened archives in original packaging may be returned within fourteen days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping. Please address returns to the concierge for authorisation before dispatch.
5. Shipping
Archives are prepared by concierge and shipped within five working days. Domestic UAE delivery typically takes 2–3 working days. International delivery varies by destination. Risk of loss passes to the purchaser upon dispatch.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including photography, text, vessel design, and the archive system itself — is the property of The Jumeirah Archive and protected by copyright and trademark law. No part may be reproduced without written permission.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai.
